生理學 Physiology(與曲在雯、鄒協成、王志宏等教師共同合授)

1. 大學部生理學為4學分(上、下學期各2學分)，研究所生理學為3學分。
2. 教導學生人體正常生理機能的基本原理和一些常見疾病之病徵和生理機轉。由於本課程屬基礎生理學課程，研究生基本上以大學時期未修研過生理學者為宜。
3. 以Human Physiology (by Stuart Ira Fox, McGraw-Hill Companies)內容為基本教材。
4. 教授指導”Blood, Heart and Circulation”、” Cardiac Output, Blood Flow, and Blood Pressure”、”Endocrine Glands”及” Respiratory Physiology”等四部分。
5. 上課方式：以PPT講義之講述為主，佐以一些簡易可於教室中施行的生理檢測實驗，例如血糖、血氧、ECG、血壓、呼吸…等等。
6. 成績評量方式：期中與期末考試(考題包括選擇、選填及簡答題)，上課參與討論極為重要，是加分重要方法。

專題討論-生物醫學組 Seminar of Biomedicine

課程目標

以生物醫學研究或跨領域生物醫學為主軸，教導學生如何閱讀、討論、準備及報告科學研究報告。

課程綱要

1. ​探討近代生物醫學的科學研究熱門重點。
2. 以生物醫學研究為題之專業報告準備。
3. 生物醫學之科學期刊報告研讀 (以Nature Medicine、Nature、Science為主)。
4. 每位學生進行一生物醫學相關研究之科學期刊報告。
5. 學生須做兩次report，一次為25 min，一次5 min。兩次report的Journal一樣，不過後者要精簡些。5 min的report會錄音。

課程評分標準

1. 上課出席並參與討論情形  50%。
2. 專題報告  50%。

上課相關事宜

1. ​學生報告時應視為參加正式科學研討會，故須著正式服裝，並遵照其報告規範。
2. 學期結束，學生會收到上課所有人之report journal和slides。學生同時會收到自己report的錄音檔。

應氣候與生態環境的變遷、人口結構的改變、全球貿易自由化及食品安全意識抬頭，新農業成為新世代生物科技重要一環。本課程將教授本系研究生了解新農業創新科技與產業的發展，此可強化研究生在此領域的學能，增加其未來進入此一新興產業的機會。新農業範疇包括生物經濟、循環農業、智慧農業、綠能、食品加值及食品安全科技等創新加值農業。而本課程內容包括動(含水產)、植物農業與食品科技之創新關鍵科技的發展和應用，以及其近年來創新農業產業的發展。
